Students are to reread the Hope Chest's Voting in America Timeline and replace unknown words with words that are a known word but has the same meaning.
Students are to also write 1 paragraph to answer the following prompt: Is it ever okay to break the law? This paragraph should start with stating their opinion then followed by a reason and 1-2 pieces of evidence (facts or observations). Tonight's homework is to complete a spelling pre-test or read for 20 minutes. The students worked on typing their broadside today in class but I have changed the password for security measures and we will work on it again tomorrow in class.
